I live in the midwest in a very small community....easy living with great neighbors and enjoying the journey with my guy and four furbabies (kitties) which are forever entertaining and full of love. I love meeting new ' friends' and believe that all who happen along the way, there is always a reason for meeting them. So many have left heartprints on my heart. Life is so rewarding when we can share with others..find true friendship and kinship..caring about others..and sharing the journey ~ the ups and the downs.

I have many interests..I do American Indian crafts and the story about how that came to be is an intersting one... Due to a job related accident in 1990 I can't work, so I am a homebody..and in the winter am homebound after falling in 2005 and fracturing my pelvis..the winter elements are to risky for me to get out and enjoy..so I have to sit at the windows with the kitties and look out at the beauty of the world around me. I have a huge heart and passion for all the creatures of this Earth. I enjoy feeding the winged ones and the bunnies and squirrels..I love the snow and seeing the new tracks in the morning..being able to see who the nightly visitors were to eat.!! smiles.. I love to begin my flowers by seed, and come spring plant them into my flower beds..it is a huge reward to pamper them and watch them grow during the cold months... I enjoy my flower beds and gardening during the growing months..being outside with nature is very important to me and filling my spirit with the bounty and beauty of the Earth Mother grace and healing qualities...!!

My journey has been to live in harmony wtih all of life and I have found by watching the creature beings and flowing with the seasons, we can become more balanced and in step with life...all of nature is fully in tune and in harmony...we aren't... So I have learned so much by watching all the creature beings and applying this to my daily life.. find restive reflection in the cold months...the time to plant and focus on our dreams and visions in the growing months, the warm months.. to gather all we have achieved and honor this abundance in the months of harvest...

I strive to have a wide varity of interests and am always looking to discover more of the great wonders of life. I did rescue of feral cats some years back..finding homes for 76 adults and kittens over a 4 year period. We knew why we lived where we lived.. that was our mission during those years..

now, we have moved on and own our own home..and the traquility and abudance in our lives..keeps us grateful and humble....celebrate life.!!

Dragonfly's Dance is a quiet respite from the storm. A small, intimate community of wonderful women and men who have made a vow to one another. We know each other personally and it is strong family like atmosphere..perhaps more supportive then your own family. We are there to support one another, to lift one another up when one is troubled and to celebrate the magnificent life happenings that grace our lives. We are all seekers in life, searching to find out who we are and why we are here. Man's eternal quest. At Dragonfly's Dance, we embark on that journey individually and we come together where the roads have taken us and where we are headed. It isn't complicated. Life is to enjoyed and embraced with a heart that is understanding and tolerant. A heart that learns to see through the harshness that surrounds us and to allow ourselves to be vulnerable.. Being vulnerable doesn't mean we are open to attack.. it means we are trusting of our fellow journey walkers, knowing they have walked the same steps we may be stumbling on now, or perhaps we can be there to support someone as they struggle in the moment, but together, it is a journey of love. We focus on what is. Time is a creation of man and to understand who we are, we must allow ourselves to see from a different view of the landscape.. the past and the future are not the worth much if we do not hold any worth in this moment in time. The past has brought us to this place in time..and the future will be determined by how we participate in our lives today. We cannot create the future of dreams and fantasy for they are just that, but our future is created by our present nature and lessons..

At Dragonfly's Dance we explore all that Life is. We strive to become more of who we are...all that we have yet to discover. Only when we step into our greatness, our kindness,do we fully understand who we are and our journey set out before us. We explore many ways... the ways of the spiritual truths. We come from may spiritual foundations, and those are all bridged to create a beautiful union of spirit walkers..We share our personal truths, seek growth, have questions..offer guidance..explore all there is to explore.. one is in walking the Shamanic path of the American Indians, often called the Red Road. It is a path of multi-dimensional interconnectedness to life. It is not a singular path, but it is a journey of the Earth Mother, and to learn from the Creature Beings, in all their forms, large and small to teach us their personal medicine. This teaches us how to be in balance for life. Man is the only life form that is out of step..if we look to nature we find true harmony and balance and so the path teaches us to be steadfast is studying all of life, including the Spirit Realms, the heavens and beyond to discover our true nature and our path.. We explore dreams and how to find greater balance thru understanding the Chakra's , the energy vortex's in the body, how to empower ourselves with our sixth sense, our intuition to guide us. It is from this sense, that the Creator offers us guidance...as they say, listen to your heart and your judgement, your choices will never be wrong. As humans, our heads rule our thoughts , our way, yet by following a much more gentle and appealing approach to life, we become gentler in spirit, calmer in our resolve and we come to know that we are here for a reason..and now is the time to step into those truths and honor them...own them and live them.Our Site is fairly large and covers all aspects of living life and walking a spiritual path.

When you come into " the Dance"...you can sit at the fires and share..you can ask questions and always.. you are respected. This is the Power of the Light. The Power of the Light is the medicine of Dragonfly. It was Dragonfly who brings form to our community..our family.. By calling upon the light..the brighter the light..the more brilliantly we shine and the world around us shines.!! This is truly the gift given and received at Dragonfly's Dance.
